Lampwork Pendant

A pendant designed using objects from the depths of the Mediterranean Sea..swirling with life and movement and mystery this pendant features an organic seashell locket that holds a small drip of glass within.
One charming little pebble, tumbled in the sands of the seas floor until one day it gave it up.. complete with one small perfectly placed hole, as though drilled just for me.

Good thing since I don't own a bit that would drill through stone~ :-)

I come from a long line of dedicated rock hounds. I know that because my mother  told me this one day as we walked back from getting our mail in rural Port Alberni,  BC. The 10 minute walk was sometimes much longer as we searched out special  looking pebbles or of course, the'wishing stones' which on Vancouver Island were  usually granite with a skinny stripe of quartz that encircled the entire stone. I'm feeling a little guilty for being so completely absent from you all for the last couple of months... the above focal bead is my way of winning your hearts back. ;) ♥ Leave me a comment and you'll go into a draw for the above bead.
